Through this form a user of the website may become a distributor of YoDial products, for which they will have to provide their proof of identity and the one of their company, as well as contact information.

YoDial will process this data for the purpose of contacting the user, and where necessary, to initiate a contractual relationship.

Material downloads.

The User may ask to download free content such as ebooks. The data shall be processed for the purpose of handling and managing the request. California’s “Shine the Light” law permits users of our Website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

Children’s Privacy.

Our website is not intended for, nor targeted to, children under 13, and we do not knowingly request or collect personal information from any person under 13 years of age.
